Who we are

This website is operated by Imelda Brudvik, a licensed life insurance agent doing business as Living Stone Living Benefits Insurance (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at iblivingbenefits@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• What you send us. When you use the quote form, we receive your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you're interested in, and your message.
• Appointments. If you book a consultation, Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email and preferred time) under its own privacy policy.
• Anonymous visit information. To let our staff know when someone is browsing, the site records which pages are viewed in a visit, for how long, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the language, and the website you came from. It uses a random code that lasts only for that visit — no name, IP address or cookie is stored.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for health information, Social Security numbers or financial account details on this website. Please don't include them in the form — we'll collect anything needed for an application securely and directly with you.

How we use it

• To respond to your questions and prepare the quote or consultation you asked for.
• To follow up with you about your request.
• To keep the website secure and running properly.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for others' advertising.

Who helps us run the site

• FormSubmit delivers quote-form messages to our email inbox, and Google Firebase stores them securely so our staff can follow up. Only signed-in staff can see them.
• Calendly handles appointment booking.
• Google Firebase Hosting hosts the website, and Google Fonts serves its typefaces.
• Tawk.to provides the live chat, when it's available. Messages you send in the chat, and basic details such as the page you're on, are stored by Tawk.to so we can reply.
• Wistia and YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) play the story videos. They load only after you click a video.

If you decide to apply for coverage, we will share the information needed with the insurance company you choose, with your permission. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small settings in your browser for the current visit only: one so the logo introduction plays once, and the random visit code described above. Calendly, Wistia, YouTube and the Tawk.to live chat may set their own cookies when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages only as long as needed to help you and to meet record-keeping rules that apply to licensed insurance agents.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing iblivingbenefits@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state law; we will honor them.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending information online is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal details through the form.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
